One Water Tour

Have you ever wondered how your water and wastewater systems work? This is your chance to find out! Contra Costa Water District (CCWD) and Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (Central San) are teaming up to take you behind the scenes for an in-depth look at your water and wastewater systems. We'll start with how your drinking water is treated and distributed by CCWD and then share how wastewater is handled and discharged by Central San through John Muir Land Trust's Pacheco Marsh. Please meet your tour guide inside the lobby to check in at 12:45 pm, as the tour starts promptly at 1:00 pm.
